We are finishing up our series "Software Update" with one last week focusing on the struggle of depression in mental health. Through scripture, we see numerous accounts of people struggling with depression-like symptoms such as the author of Psalm 88. Opening up this Psalm, along with Ben's personal experience, we are looking at depression in the midst of faith.
Can Christians struggle with depression? Why would God let us feel that? What should we do?
